1. Introduction & Acceptance

2.4 One Account Policy

3.3 Account Suspension or Closure by mv77

mv77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion; (c) chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against the platform; (d) provision of false registration information; (e) conduct deemed threatening, abusive, or harmful to the platform or other users; or (f) any other reason that mv77 considers necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the safety of its players.

In the event that mv77 closes an account due to a Terms violation, any balance held in that account may be forfeited at mv77's discretion, particularly where the violation involved fraud, manipulation, or bonus abuse.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mv77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Deposit Terms

Deposits are processed in real time for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to be credited. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. mv77 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which mv77 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. mv77 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not registered to the account holder will be returned, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to completion of identity verification before the first payout is released. Standard processing time for mobile wallet withdrawals is within two hours of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days.

mv77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal, including proof of identity and source of funds, particularly for large or unusual withdrawal requests. Failure to provide requested documentation within seven days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the player's account balance.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on mv77 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). mv77 does not maintain accounts in foreign currencies and does not accept cryptocurrency deposits.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Activities considered abusive include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; placing offsetting or low-risk bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play risk; exploiting technical errors or loopholes in the platform; and coordinating with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited, and the account may be permanently closed.

5.3 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

If a promotion is withdrawn after you have already met all qualifying conditions, any bonus already credited to your account will remain valid subject to its wagering requirements. mv77's decision on all matters relating to bonuses and promotions is final and binding.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets on mv77, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports, are governed by the specific market rules published in the sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding a sports betting result, mv77's interpretation of the applicable rules shall be final.

mv77 reserves the right to void, suspend, or limit any betting market at its discretion, including where there is evidence of match manipulation, where an event is cancelled or abandoned, or where a technical error has caused incorrect odds to be published. Bets placed on incorrect odds due to a manifest error may be voided at mv77's discretion.

6.2 Casino & Live Dealer Games

• Share your account credentials with any third party or allow any third party to place bets on your behalf.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

12.2 Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time: you by requesting account closure as described in Section 3.2, and mv77 by closing your account as described in Section 3.3. Upon termination, any outstanding balance subject to no active violations will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and any obligations arising from prior conduct survive termination of these Terms.

12.3 Governing Language

These Terms are written and published in English, which is the governing language for all matters arising from this agreement. In the event that these Terms are translated into any other language for the convenience of players, the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict or ambiguity.

12.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
